If this is your first visit to Cappadocia, this is the hotel you should try to book. The location is great (within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and tour organizers) and you have a beautiful view over the city and the balloons in the morning. It's a new hotel and the rooms are comfortable and clean. But most importantly you should stay because of the owner. Mustafa is a former balloon pilot who helped us with everything: from choosing the right balloon flight company (don't book a flight where they squeeze in 28 people in a basket when you could fly with only 16), pointing us to places we can visit with our rental car, making a reservation for the whirling dervishes, to helping us where to park in the crowded downtown area. To anything we asked, Mustafa's answer always was "I will take care of it and let you know". In most cases, our reservation was confirmed and I was notified thru WhatsApp within a couple of hours. One more item that stands out is the breakfast with a lot of homemade local food items like yogurt, several jams, a variety of salads, homemade gozleme, and cake; in addition to the usual items that you will find in other hotels.

This place is just gorgeous! Bed is so comfy, linen excellent quality as is the service, breakfast & everyone is so friendly, helpful & just wants to do everything they can to make sure our stay was memorable for all the right reasons!

Mustafa provided exceptional service, he is the man of the world and doing everything that is in his abilities to make his guests happy. We had our balloon flight booked at 3rd party provider canceled due to weather conditions, and there were no places available on the next days due to overbooking and high demand. Black market was offering a x2 price to get a flight. Mustafa had 2 reserved places for a flight on needed for us day and he helped us to get them for a normal market price. We staied only for 2 nights, and this was a fantastic stay. Mustafas hotel is brand new, very clean and very nice looking. Jacuzzi is great, breakfast on terrace is wonderful. I wish all hotel owners were that open-minded, loving and hospital. If u go to Gereme, I definitely recommend staying here.

The hospitality was amazing My friend and I arrived and had no plan on what we wanted to do in cappadocia Mr. Mustafa and Ali arranged everything for us all at short notice they really went out of their way to make sure we had the most amazing trip I would highly recommend staying there The hotel room is perfect size and the room is very clean The hotel is situated in close range to everything it literally a 5-10 min walk away from restaurants, gift shopping/ convenience shops and from taxi station Thank you for everything

The Hotel is brand new. It is one of the most beautiful properties in the world I visited. well cared for with superb attention to detail. The place is close to everywhere all places are just walking distance. The view is stunning their terraces are perfect spot to watch Balloons. All the Balloons are just around you. I couldn’t recommend them enough.The owner and staf were amazing. They took care of all of our bookings including our hot air balloon ride, the ATV quad bike tour, the red tour and our hotel/airport transfers, making our stay so effortless. We especially requested room 203 to have a private balcony and hut tub with a balloon view. This place was highlite of our trip. %100 reccommend.
